Office hours are 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday – Friday. Saturday appointments are available on request. Following a doctor’s referral to Medford OPEN MRI, our staff will speak with you on the phone about insurance, medical history, and any questions you might have regarding your appointment. Medford OPEN MRI invites you and your family to visit our facility before scheduling an appointment. (Please call to make arrangements before you visit.)

Remember:

• Bring your insurance card with you to your appointment
• Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. We have allowed for sufficient time to complete paperwork before your scan.
• You are welcome to bring a friend or family member to stay with you during your MRI
• Bring a CD or cassette tape of music if you like. Most of the exams we perform will allow the option to listen to the radio, a cassette, or CD.
