| We are contracted with most major insurance
and preferred providers. We will bill Workmans Compensation, as well
as primary and secondary insurance providers. If you have been involved
in a motor vehicle accident or have a worker’s compensation
claim, it is important to bring in all pertinent information.
As a courtesy to our patients we will verify insurance coverage
prior to your appointment.
If you have any questions about your insurance benefits please
ask at the time of your appointment.
For our patients with no health care insurance we offer a 25% discount
for payment in full at the time of service.
We request payment arrangements be made at the time of service
of you MRI examination and will accept Visa , Mastercard, American
Express, and Discover in addition to checks and cash.
If you are unable to pay for your scan at the time of service,
we are happy to make payment arrangements for you.
You will receive a separate bill from Diagnostic Imaging Associates,
Inc. for their professional fee, which covers the cost of the Radiologist
reading the study.
